Shipping:
We ship all items 1st class mail which includes tracking. The exact date and time of delivery depends on your local post office.
Cancellations: We do accept cancellations within the first 3 hours of ordering your item and your order has not been shipped. After 3 hours, we do not accept cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges:
All items are made to order, therefore we do not allow refunds or exchanges. Refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
If an item is defective or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
